Life has its own way of bringing you the gift of Peace.

If anything unprocessed awakens in your auric field
of emotions, love, organs, thoughts,

to neutralize it and cover it.
Emotions do not find their way out of you
through burying, numbing or hiding (them).
You can do this for as long as you like,
yet they will remain attached to the form of your creation(s).
We are conditioned not to feel since a very young age.
Feelings are the engine of Life itself.
Emotions are energy moving,
There is no life-in-action without movement.
Avoiding the wisdom of your being will buy yourself time
on the illusion you can control people and events.
It seems like you can have a certain degree of control.
Not really.
The astonishing side of Life is its unpredictable, sliding-doors flow.
You came here to this Planet with an unconscious Intention
and possibly a clear mission to fulfill,
yet
you
don't
know
how.
You can't trace the path before walking it.
Feelings will tell you the way.
Locked up feelings will distract you from Your Way.
It is baffling to watch how much weight we can carry
- unconsciously - from all that has happened before and within us.
That weight is here with you to be processed.
To open you the doors to Freedom.
It is your locked away suitcase of uncomfortable and scary feelings
that normally you wouldn't claim at a L&F counter.
You pretend you can move forward and speed up in Life without it,
but that is your suitcase for a reason:
ultimately, it contains rewards that only you can truly understand.
At some point, you awake to the Truth that there is nowhere
you can run to,
without your suitcase of chains.
You need to open it up
to encounter the light & heavy shadows
that have lived within you
for you to become authentically empowered
and centered in your holistic well-being and self-realization.
You have been to the underground.
You have battled against your own scary monsters,
not in need anymore of weird compensation behaviors.
You are (the Divine You is) your own saviour.
You have found compassionate support in processing what is here.
Now, your healed body-heart-mind
is rewarding you with new big dreams.
You are the Pilgrim of your Prayer,
the Embodied Wisdom of your Ancestry,
the Feminine and the Masculine becoming one and beyond.
